A calming, creative summer afternoon designed to help you slow down, relax & connect 🤍

Join us on Sunday 28th June from 3:00–4:30PM for a guided wellness-themed painting workshop hosted by in our luxury, sun-filled studio space 🌸

Your ticket includes:

What does Aleo mean?

Pronounced ‘ah lee oh’

Aleo comes from our owner Abbie’s family initials - something very close to her heart.

With a close-knit family at her core, Aleo was created to feel the same - a safe space to move, connect, and socialise, with a strong sense of community throughout.

But Aleo also represents the way we move, our class names:

A - Align

Building awareness in the body through controlled, mindful movement and strong foundations.

L - Lengthen

Creating space through movement, combining stretch and release to feel more open and relaxed.

E - Elevate

Progressing your practice through strength, challenge, and confidence-building movement.

O - Origin

Our foundations — reconnecting to breath, core, and the basics of how we move.
