Just back from a beautiful evening doing couples massage! 1 had an hour aromatherapy & Indian head massage and the other had deep tissue massage & reiki energy healing! Gorgeous seeing couples prioritising time for themselves to relax & unwind such a pleasure to do! Love my job and so very greatful to my wonderful clients who put their trust in me😍

As a women at 46 I am clearly in perimenapause, feel 🔥 hot a lot & am having periods every 2 weeks ! Fu***ng marvalous!😂 what I’ve realised is nutrition is key whole foods, home cooked meals and meal planning, hydration, electrolytes, vitamins ( only the good s**t) colegen, protien, time for you, a regulated nervous system , yoga, exercise, rest , fun and laughter, less stress,massage all are key when navigating this time of life! A little about me as a person I love spending time in nature, walking, bike riding, family, friends, my dog buddy, food, wine & gin & cocktails 😂 I love spending time in abersoch in wales at my caravan and spending time on the water we own a powerboat it’s great fun! I also enjoy paddle boarding , skiing and holidaying abroard . I love the sun and am always seeking out the last rays! I love living a healthy lifestyle full of peace & joy .
