Where to start other than THANK YOU! Whether you’ve been a client once in those 10 years or once a week for those 10 years (I think one client pretty much has!) your support means the world and without you this simply wouldn’t be possible 🙏🏼
From a pipe dream in my parents’ spare room to the cosy clinic in the heart of Lymm village- what a 10 years it’s been!

It wouldn’t be High Legh 10K Race without a little rain but what a great morning providing pre and post race massages.
This year marked my 9th year supporting the race and what an honour it is to be part of such a community event, catching up with clients past and present ✨🫶🏼✨

✨Welcome to the team Antonia ✨

A very warm welcome to our new Therapist, Antonia. Antonia is a Sports Science graduate with a Level 3 in Sports Massage. She’s also in her final year of a Physiotherapy degree at the University of Salford.
In her spare time Antonia is a member of Lymm Women’s cricket team and enjoys running, hiking and eating cake (I’m sure she’ll fit in perfectly! 🍰)

Antonia is now available for bookings on Wednesdays and Saturdays 🗓️
