A beautiful meditation, simply using two words “samprati hum”
I am this present moment.
Nothing complex 😊
🌸Sit upright (your chakras are aligned, good for your energy flow)
🌸Get comfy - blanket, candles, maybe crystals - your vibe
🌸Put your hand on your heart, the other on your belly
🌸Breathe in deeply, and exhale let go. Repeat two more times
🌸Now simply repeat two words “samprati hum”, I am this present moment silently in your mind.
Mind drifts to something else, just go back to “samprati hum”
All the moments add up to a day, a week, a year
Take some moments for you, to simply reset . To feel more calm 💫
