Om Namah Shivaya
Get yourself comfy, pop your to-do list to one side for 15 minutes, and gently repeat these words out loud or in your mind.
A simple meaning:
Om = the sound of the universe
Namah = I honour / I bow
Shivaya = the Divine within (the energy of transformation)
Together, it’s a beautiful reminder: “I honour the Divine within and the power of transformation.”
This mantra is known for being grounding and calming. To you return to your centre, quiet the mental noise, and let universal energy support you 😊
