Join me from Monday 4th January 2026 for a brand new 4 week course concentrating on eliminating body fat for good, whilst keeping the all essential muscle that females need to stay healthy. We will be looking at your personal relationship with food ( that noise) and eliminating this.. I have lost 1 stone since I changed my minset and followed this programme. This is a hybrid programme, which us through my app and in person sessions
