Throwback Thursday

Last month, we went to the Therapy Expo in Birmingham.

We got to hear from acclaimed sector professionals and got some tips and techniques to improve our practice.

It was a full-on, but thoroughly enjoyable two days, which not only provided us with new knowledge but consolidated our practices.

Warsash Therapy Rooms welcomes Lauren - currently training for her Level 5 Sports Massage qualification. Many of you will know Lauren from Holly Hill gym,The Rising Sun, and she walks everywhere!!
Whilst training, Lauren is offering a special rate of £20 an hour, and she will be working Saturdays 9-1pm from November.

(Dip) YMCA RSA ITEC TaTh, we offer a variety of treatments including Sports Massage, treating various injuries, as well as Indian head massage, ear candling, reflexology, chiropractic, osteopathy, ultrasound therapy, manipulation and sports taping and strapping.
