A cohort of student nurses from@covuni started an eight-week placement in general practice recently - gaining hands-on experience, building confidence, and seeing what a future in general practice could look like.

Working 4 days a week in practice, with 1 day training with our GPN team, the students learn what the role really involves. For many, it’s their first time seeing general practice up close.

At the end of the programme, they’ll showcase their learning to practice teams across Coventry and Warwickshire.
