A new string to add to my bow…

Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology will always be at the heart of everything I do whether it be a nurturing touch or a remedial treatment.

However, I am seeing an increasing number of clients that have had recent or historical surgeries. Along with lymphatic massage treatments to aid recovery, some are facing new challenges with both superficial and deep scars.

As part of my continuing professional development I decided to partake in an extremely thorough and highly recognised qualification in scar therapy.

I am excited to announce that I can now safely and confidently deliver scar therapy treatments along with post operative massage treatments to clients.

Scar therapy is a non-invasive hands on massage therapy aimed at softening scar tissue improving the texture, colour, flexibility and appearance of scars.

Treatments may also include the use of taping or cupping and will always include self care tips and aftercare advice.

Where has the time gone?

It’s been a busy few weeks for me and I do apologise if I have been unable to fit you in. You may find that you can’t always book a slot when you want. There are several reasons for this…

💛 Many of my clients prefer a longer treatment session (quite rightly) which ultimately limits the number of clients I see in a day.

💛 Your treatment starts when you’re on the table. I always allow plenty of time in between clients ensuring you don’t feel rushed and you get the time you deserve.

💛 Massage therapy is a very physically demanding job. I limit my massage hours per day to ensure I can continue doing the job I love.

💛 And lastly, and most importantly I have a family that always comes first.

If you’re willing to wait for an appointment I can gaurentee you will receive a tailored treatment, advanced techniques, a listening ear and time to just be.

Massage and related holistic therapies can be an amazing alternative treatment for anyone looking to find a solution to stress, depression, sleep deprivation, hormone changes and for general aches and pains.

I am so lucky to have such lovely clients that return when they can. There is no rule to having a massage. Come as often or as little as you can. For some it’s a luxury for others it’s a necessity. No pressure, no commitment.

Trained in a multitude of holistic therapies I offer individualised treatments from my home studio in Warwick. From luxury facials to deep tissue massage.

A quick reminder to all my lovely clients:

Please give me as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I completely understand that illnesses can occur at any time and life can be hectic and busy.

For less than 24 hours notice a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be invoiced. I am sure you will understand the need to have this policy in place.

I work with a limited number of appointment slots and can often find it difficult to reschedule at short notice or fill last minute cancellations. Please bear with me whilst I try and reschedule your appointment.
