An ingrown toenail that keeps coming back isn't bad luck.

It's a structural problem, the way the nail grows, the shape of the nail bed. Cutting it differently won't fix it. Leaving it won't fix it.

I’m excited to be announcing the merge of my business with Fade Biomechanics, Warwick.

Myself and Harry Sherlock my new business partner, will be growing Podiatry, Biomechanical Assessment and Strength and Conditioning services.

Rachel Caple HCPC reg Podiatrist will be joining us from 12th November.

The clinic is very nearly ready for opening on Tues 5th November. I look forward to sharing some photos of our purpose built new clinic offering the highest level of care. 🤩

2 years ago today I set up on my own. It felt like a big leap and a big risk.

It has been a lot harder than I thought, many hidden hours especially in the first 18 months but now all is falling into place and I love being part of Fire and Earth's new Leamington clinic. 🤩

They are a super dedicated team of Sports Therapists, Sports Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists and Personal Trainers. Recently Vicki a Personal Development Coach joined too.

I'm looking forward to the years to come to building further within this great team and offer our clients the highest standards of care.

I often get asked what ‘Biomechanics’ is. The way the foot, ankle, knee and hip all interact with each other. If you have foot pain it is important to look at the way all of these structures move. Dynamic assessment is key to understanding what is causing pain. After a diagnosis biomechanics can be altered through strengthening, footwear and if needed orthotics.
