Here is a colour guide we suggest - but ultimately, hospitals choose what suits their team best.
🔴 Red is for the Team leader for the day
🔵 Blue is for Full-time theatre staff
🟡 Yellow is for Visitors & students
⚪ White is writable or printable for flexible use

What’s been happening at Eco Ninjas HQ? Here’s a quick look…

🧕 We’ve launched a new hijab-friendly badge hat - co-designed with a surgical doctor who wears a hijab and wanted better, more comfortable visibility in theatre.

🏥 We've been visiting hospitals across the UK, helping teams explore how badge hats can support clearer roles, safer handovers, and an inclusive team culture.

🧺 We’re also working with laundry providers to support safe, centralised clinical washing - making reusability even easier to manage.

📍 And next month, we're heading to the AfPP summer conference in Warwick, where every delegate will receive their own personalised badge hat.
