I had a wonderful afternoon at In-Spires Reflexology College catching up with fellow reflexologists. We did treatment swaps and it was lovely for me to receive a treatment for a change - absolute bliss. It's easy to forget how amazing Reflexology is! I have a couple of free slots this Thursday if anyone would like to book in for a treatment please get in touch.

Did you know that you can give Reflexology to your dog? I tried it with a friend’s dog that was bouncing all over me and she gave me one paw at a time to work and, once I had worked them all, promptly went to sleep! Here are some doggy reflexology points that you can work – or just gently massage the paws…. Let me know how you get on! Charlie x

I spent this morning at Hatton Park Toddler Group today showing parents some Reflexology Techniques to calm their children – I thought I would share this simple routine as it was amazing how much the children enjoyed it!

I had a wonderful day on Saturday celebrating World Reflexology Week with the Association of Reflexologists Warwickshire Group – we offered Free Taster Sessions at St Chads in Bishops Tachbrook. It was lovely to be able to showcase the benefits of Reflexology. I think it’s fair to say that our visitors left feeling very relaxed! My only regret is that I didn’t receive a treatment myself!

It’s World Reflexology Week!
Reflexologists all over the world are trying to raise awareness of Reflexology and demonstrate the benefits. As part of this The Warwickshire Reflexologists (registered with the Association of Reflexology) are offering free Taster Sessions at the St Chad’s Centre, Bishop’s Tachbrook, CV33 9RJ between 10:30 and 2:30 on Saturday 24th September.
There is no need to book – just drop in to receive a free 20 minute Taster Treatment. If you’ve never had Reflexology before this is a great way to try it!
We are trying to offer as many treatments as possible to share our passion for Reflexology – I shall be one of a team of 10 Reflexologists taking part.
Do come down and give it a go - we would love to see you!
