Something I’ve been meaning to do for a while. Finally got around to making time for the first stage of my volunteer training at the RDA National Training Centre. A lovely afternoon spent with other volunteers, and the beautiful Violet, who was very patient with us all! Looking forward to getting some of my clients in the arena soon, as well as helping out with the centre’s riders šŸŽ

Wow! What an amazing start to the Solihull Bigger & Better Boxing Circuits class. Determination and resilience were plentiful among our PD fighters today, many of whom have never done anything like this before. Our coach Callum and volunteer Dean took the whole thing in their stride, motivating and coaching to such a high standard that all our fighters felt a fantastic sense of achievement. Thank you all 🄊
