o localise where the problems are that need addressing. Gentle adjustments if appropriate, using the Activator adjusting instrument are then utilised to stimulate the body to improve it's functioning, thereby removing nerve interference, muscle tension and stiffness in the joints. Massage, exercises, postural advice, laser therapy, orthotics and nutritional advice may also be used to stimulate the body through the process of trying to encourage it to work better thereby hopefully seeing a reduction in the symptoms. Remember, pain is only one symptom of an underlying problem!
