New for 2026! We're excited to announce a new Parkinson's Functional Fitness class at Siblin Personal Training in Atherstone. We're teaming up with WhitelawWellbeing to run these classes, which are aimed at those with mild to moderate symptoms. First class is free! And thanks to a grant from Parkinson's UK, class fees will be subsidised for the next 6-12 months. Get in touch to find out more! 🏋💙

Our grant funding aims to help more people in our Parkinson’s community stay active, reducing symptoms in a safe and inclusive environment. Bigger and Better - fighting back against Parkinson's have achieved exactly that, and we are absolutely delighted with the positive impact their sessions are having on those who attend. 's UK have recently reported the shocking news that around 21,000 people in the UK are waiting to hear if they have Parkinson's. Can you imagine having to go through this? Another amazing day at Parkinson's UK ! What an incredible conference — bringing together professionals and people living with Parkinson’s in such a positive, inspiring way. Thoughtfully organised and full of energy throughout.
I was truly honoured (and delighted!) to have been nominated for a Community Award this year — and even more thrilled to share this recognition with my wonderful colleague and friend, Bhanu Ramaswamy, who continues to inspire so many of us. 💙
