Starting Monday the 2nd of February, we’re introducing a new timetable for the evening classes. Monday and Thursday classes will start from 5:15pm. Tuesday evening classes will start from 6pm. Wednesday class will start from 5:30pm. Friday stays the same as before from 4:45pm. We understand that this will disrupt current member’s routine but the hope is that this schedule will temp new members to join. Help@your studio grow into a thriving yoga community by spreading the benefits of yoga and encouraging your friends, colleagues and family to come and try these amazing classes.

Awkward pose part 2 of the Bikram Hot Yoga is fantastic for not only improving your balance and focus but also to strengthen your toes, ankles, knees, thighs and hips. You also work on your core strength to maintain the balance. This posture also improves flexibility in your ankles, knees and hips. And just imagine what it does for the arches of your feet, so good for people with flat feet. Come join our yoga community and see what yoga is all about.

Back bends are scary to do because it’s unnatural for us to be in this position. But back bends are absolutely amazing and beneficial for your spine and internal organs. Bending backwards also strengthens your glutes and quads. There are many different types of back bending postures. This particular one is first of many in the Bikram Hot Yoga sequence. Come and see what this yoga is about.
