PCR is a Warwickshire based nursing agency with office in Coventry and Warwick. We Supply nurses and HCA’s to;

• NHS Trusts
• Nursing and Residential Homes
• Supported living settings that have clients with mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities. Our office team is dedicated to providing our clients and service users with a suitably vetted and qualified candidates for their temp

orary staffing needs. If you are looking for full time or part time employment or just a little extra money PCR can accommodate you. We pride ourselves in ensuring that all candidates are trained to a high standard. We offer a full training package prior to induction that meets the needs of all NHS Trusts and our other clients. HCA’s - will be expected to complete the Care Certificate within the first 6 months of employment. Trained Nurses - are responsible for maintaining professional registration and revalidation. The PCR office staff are friendly and approachable and are more than happy to support you with your training and revalidation. Pay rates are above the National living wage with holiday pay and travel expenses.

Warwickshire Christmas Present Scheme 2022!

Could you help make Christmas special for those who may have little or nothing under the tree on Christmas morning?

As we are coming up to Christmas, Tiny Town Nursery and Professional Care Recruitment will be again joining forces to collect as many items as we can, which are needed within the community, for families who are struggling financially and who need additional support.

We will be collecting the following:
boxes of chocolates
selection boxes
biscuits
wrapping paper
sellotape

Any items you can donate, no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated!

Please can we have all donations by Wednesday 7th December 2022 so we can take them to one of the community drop off points!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CARE COORDINATOR!

What is the role?
The primary role of the care coordinator is to fill shifts for our clients in line with our company policy and to maintain our candidate’s availability on the recruitment system. You will also be required to be on call - one night per week and one weekend per month.

The key role expectations are:

understanding of healthcare sector
work with speed and accuracy
excellent communications skills
use own initiative
strong time management
good organizational skills
ability to work as part of a team
ability to cope with pressure

The starting salary is basic and has capacity to increase based on extra hours available.
