Meet our newest Angels in training 💙 It was such a pleasure spending time with them during their training, and we can’t wait for them to meet and support our wonderful clients.

The call came at 4pm on Friday. “husband has been in hospital for the last month following a stroke. All we want is for him to come home for the weekend — but we need 24-hour support.”
My first thought was how big an ask that was, and how little time we had. But what mattered more was this: if we couldn’t make it happen, this husband and wife wouldn’t get to spend the weekend together in their own home — their safe place, their space.
It wasn’t easy. But with determination, teamwork, and a lot of heart, we made it happen.
At 10am the next morning, D came home.
And those smiles… they say everything.
Enjoy every precious moment together, D and L.

THANK YOU to our Amazing Angels and Caregivers everywhere! You made sure that vulnerable clients received the visits they needed despite the treacherous road conditions. You braved traffic jams, abandoned your cars and walked through some very icy side streets, and where all else failed you sought alternative routes and transport. Your dedication means that all our clients had the support they needed including meals, medication and personal care. Not only that but you were constantly looking out for your team updating each other on roads to avoid, where to park and walk to clients homes and generally supporting each other. SO VERY PROUD OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU 🙏🏼
