I had a wonderful massage with Anny. She expertly relieved areas of tension and I came away feeling so much lighter! It's a very calm and welcoming environment and Anny is lovely to chat to.

Highly recommend.

Before we went on summer family holiday in the Dordogne, France with my siblings, I set my eldest, Errol a task to extract Google reviews and use a simple template for use on socials. It was a paid task in part to see if he'd get bored of the monotonous nature of the work and figure out a better way to automate the process. He diligently did so but decided to rattle through the work once we'd given him the structure to do so. So thanks for this Errol and for resisting employing AI at the first hurdle.

Tried for the first time with and visting last night

Very subtle, gentle adjustments. I'd actually been to the GP that afternoon (also in the hidden lane) about some golfers elbow symptoms and during the session I felt an increase in space in my forearm where there's some potential nerve damage (6yo often lies on my right arm and snuggles in part way through the night). I was also visualising a bright light travelling down my arm in a healing, energetic way.

My pal switched me on after Instagram served her spinal energetic profiles. I was/am suitably skeptical and open minded and can say I'm impressed with the impact of the subtle adjustments. I'm all about helping the nervous system calm down so your body can help heal itself. Massage has it's place and it's nice to try different modalities too

Last summer I experienced a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage treatment and loved how it made me feel. More recently, I tried Colombian Wood Therapy for the first time — and I was blown away by both the sensation during treatment and the visible results afterwards.
