Lets talk about LOVE

Love comes in all different forms, wrapped up in all shapes and sizes
It could be the love of a family member, partner, friend, pet, neighbour or nature

The biggest love of them all, is the love for ourselves.
Looking after our wellbeing is very often neglected which then results in our mental health being compromised. We often compromise our own needs for the benefit of others and wonder why we feel burn out.

So my advice for you is to drip feed some small actions into your everyday life - Here are some ideas:

Nature walks (even in the garden for 10 mins)
Reading
Breath work
Kitchen disco whilst cooking
Singing in the shower
Cosying in with a cuppa and calling a friend
Snuggling an animal
Watching a movie
Journaling
Couch to 5k
