I’m proud to share that Pottergate Golf Club have been officially recognised as a Junior Hub with The Golf Foundation & England Golf 🎉

🙌We are in the top 3% of golf clubs across England that have now achieved this!

🤝Without a doubt, this is absolutely a team effort from the amazing Junior Organiser Kev Galjaard, Owner & Manager Gail Boynett & Richard Boynett, the fantastic team at the club & all the supportive volunteers & members.

👏A huge thank you to all our fab juniors & families - without them, of course we wouldn’t have a junior section. It’s awesome seeing them all participate & grow; both as golfers & personally too.

☺️I’m pleased to be able to support the club with coaching & volunteering on the junior committee.

1️⃣ things for sure, Pottergate don’t just say there a junior friendly club - they absolutely deliver on that through and through!

From Freya’s 1️⃣st day in golf through Girls Golf Rocks at Elsham Golf Club to now! What a journey it has been!🏌️‍♀️⛳️

🤩I’m incredibly proud & so so excited to share that our fantastic young leader & all round amazing Freya has been announced as a National Young Ambassador for England Golf & The Golf Foundation!! 🎉

No one deserves this more than you, Congratulations Coach Freya!! Your contributions to my endeavours, all the youngsters & to the game as a whole have been astounding. You’ve given up countless hours to support the growth & development of golf, & I really couldn’t have delivered what I have been able to without your invaluable support, assistance & leadership by my side! Sunday was the 2️⃣nd event of the Lincolnshire Junior Golf Winter Get Together Programme, kindly hosted by Louth Golf Club ⛳️

2️⃣0️⃣ juniors aged 4-16 of all abilities rocked up & took part in the event - a huge well done to all! 🎉

A fun Halloween filled day yesterday at Pottergate Golf Club🎃👻

🎃Morning Halloween coaching rocking Pumpkins, Witches Hats & Ghosts with Putting & Chipping Challenges
👻An afternoon with a Team Scramble on the course for our juniors & women learners
🎯 Putting Green takeover with our Halloween Putting competition - families also having the opportunity to play together!
🧙🏻‍♀️Witches Hat Ring Toss
🍬Endless amounts of sweets including a Sweet Hunt around the Clubhouse! (it wouldn’t be Halloween if we didn’t!)

👏Amazing support from the Golf Club & a big thank you to the volunteers for their support. Thank you to Junior Organiser Kev Galjaard for all of his super star magic as always, including supporting with prizes 🌟
