Tummy talk! A common question I get asked is, why does my stomach rumble during a treatment?

It could be that you are hungry, but the answer lies with the Parasympathetic Nervous System, which is switching on the rest and digest response.

It's a great sign that let's me know you are relaxed. So please, don't be embarrassed!

During treatments, clients may experience responses that go beyond explanation. In those moments, our role is to hold space, surrender, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom. 🙏👣🫶

I've held this magical little blue bottle of loveliness in captivity for a couple of months now, and today I opened it for the first time!

Together with RLD, they speak volumes’

This afternoon to my surprise, I’ve been working on an article for the Association of Reflexologists members quarterly magazine, Reflextions. The subject: a brief outline of the published RLD research. Sometimes words are free flowing, other times just writers block. This afternoon after a wonderful reflexology treatment with Sophie Williams I’ve been in full flow…Much to my surprise as the intention was to put my feet up and rest! Instead I’m feeling inspired 🔥 💡

So often reflexology gives you exactly what you need, rather than what you think you need 👣
