Traditional acupuncture is based on the belief that an energy, or 'life force', flows through the body in channels called meridians. This life force is known as Qi.

Practitioners who use acupuncture in the traditional way believe that when Qi does not flow freely through the body, this can cause illness. They also believe acupuncture can restore the flow of Qi, and so restore health.

Hi John just wanted to give you feedback, historical bad left knee for four years, doctor diagnosed in beginning mild arthritis, 2 years into it started waking me up at 3am with toothache like pain , then recently right knee started to be same problem, I was walking like a thunderbird , lost all natural way of walking, anyway after my session with you , pains at 3am are not consistent, much better , I'm now walking like I always naturally did , and bending down to pick things up is no problem, absolutely over the moon with what you've done , I'll be back for some maintenance, but in meantime I'm promoting you as much as I can as don't do social media, cheers Rory
