April’s session, today was a reset

We created simmer pots with intention, let go of what felt heavy and called in something softer
then slowed right down into meditation and reiki

No two sessions are the same, the space is safe and inviting, the feeling always is calm, grounded, back to you ✨

Daybreak is your pause, to breathe deeper, to let go,
to reset your energy and step into the day feeling like you again ✨

Meditation, breathwork, journalling, releasing, reiki, gentle creative and mindful rituals all held by the sea around a firepit (everything needed for activities is provided)

Finish our session with a dip if you’re feeling brave or stay cosy by the fire 🤍

Bring layers, blanket, something to sit on (it’ll be pebbly)
Sea dippers bring a float, water and dry clothes

☀️We’ve been officially welcomed back to the beach

Spring arrived quietly yesterday morning, in the fog, in the stillness, in the space we gave ourselves to just be

A fresh reset, a bunch of cleansing, an ethereal sunrise that captured the magic in us

I’m forever grateful to the beautiful souls who set an early alarm, pack the car full of comfort, and make time and space for themselves before the world wakes

We’ll do this again, more to come 🌿🌊🌅🤍

There’s a quiet magic around the first day of Spring

Spring has always felt like my new year. There’s just something about it… the light, the energy, the quiet excitement of it all.
Like life is opening up again and honestly, I’m so ready to bloom, thrive, and live brighter 🌼
