Well done to everyone that braved the north sea at sunrise yesterday morning. Especially these girls, I'm beyond proud of each of them. This is all to raise money & awareness for ... I say it every year, if people are brave enough to ask for help for their mental health, then we can be brave enough to whack our clothes off & get in that water.
