You don’t always have to be the strong one.
The person who holds everything together. The one everyone leans on. The one who says “I’m fine” even when they’re exhausted.
Sometimes the people who look the strongest are carrying the heaviest weight silently.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, let this be your reminder: you are allowed to slow down, you are allowed to ask for support & you are allowed to protect your own peace too.
Checking on everyone else shouldn’t mean abandoning yourself.
Strength isn’t pretending you never struggle. Real strength is recognising when you need care too 🤍
