📣📣We are proud to announce that the defibrillator is now situated at our Pharmacy!📣📣

Thank you to everyone that aided the organisation of the installation! 😁

The Woodlands Pharmacy in Rickleton, Washington, is the location for a re-sited community public access defibrillator originally funded by 'Lesley's Defib Team'. We are grateful to Nathan and Evan of Amps Electrical who offered their assistance by very kindly giving their time to carry out the installation of the cabinet today. We are delighted that this defibrillator is now again available to the community in Rickleton due to the support of Woodlands Pharmacy. Remember - in the event of a medical emergency, phone 999 and if a defibrillator is needed the ambulance service will confirm the location of the nearest available device. The road entrance on Vigo Lane to access the pharmacy and surgery will be closed 8am-5pm from today (29th October) for the next 3 days!

The bus lane restrictions will be suspended during this time meaning you can access Vigo Lane from the other end and get through to ourselves and the surgery.

Our delivery service will continue as normal during this time! 🚗

We have just been notified by Northern Powergrid that they are going to do some urgent repair work in the area outside of the pharmacy today!

Due to this, we could potentially be without electricity from around 4pm onwards today.

If this does happen, our phone lines will be down (although they may still ring at your end if you call us).

If you can't get through to ourselves, please try the following number 07939 280261

We will, as always, endeavour to get all urgent prescriptions we have out to our patients before the weekend.
