Nutrition and Hydration Week

At Washington Manor, we strongly believe that nutrition plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall wellbeing of our residents. Providing a balanced and healthy diet is essential for their physical and mental health, and it is something we prioritise and continually strive to improve.

Washington Manor are taking part in Nutrition and Hydration week.

Today we had Fruity Friday, there were a selection of fresh fruits, smoothies and flavoured water for residents to taste and enjoy. 🍁
