Most of us welcome hot weather, but when it's too hot, we can become dehydrated which can lead to serious health risks so it is important to drink plenty of fluids, eat lots of fruit and stay cool with ice lollies.

Washington Manor have set up a hydration station for the residents, it’s filled full of flavoured waters, fizzy drinks and fruit to ensure residents stay hydrated through the hot weather. ☀️ 🍌🍓🧃🍁
