Does anyone have a birthing ball they’d be happy to donate please? (Drop off points in Pelton, Chester le Street AND Concord, Washington)

Does anyone one need a birthing ball but does not have the means to buy one? I offer a free loan initiative!

As a birth worker offering preparation for birth and baby sessions, birthing ball sessions and pregnancy, postnatal and baby yoga I offer support to lots of women in our local community. I’d love your help or to help you 💗

Information all mummies SHOULD be given about them POSTPARTUM selves whether it’s baby number 1 or not. Mummy this is about YOU for a change.

Also a chance to meet other mummies and babies in a safe relaxed space.

Postpartum up to 6 months after birth is ideal for this session but the information is pertinent to all mummies.

The exciting world of toddler yoga is from approx 14 months to 4 years. This is a highly interactive class for both toddler and parent/guardian as you are taken through adventure based, story led, and themed classes using rhymes, songs, music, yoga poses, physical movement and routines plus visual and sensory aids to engage your toddler and aid their development.

Classes are designed to be fun and highly interactive for both parent/guardian and child whilst incorporating EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework to aid development. Parents/guardians often enjoy them as much as the child! We encourage your child to express themselves using their bodies, engage in stretches and copy yoga poses. The class is well known for building self esteem and confidence whilst developing skills like listening, talking, counting, recognising colours and objects, taking turns and teamwork.

As part of our classes we always promote mindfulness and relaxation and try our best to incorporate a period of time where everything is calm and peaceful.

Today I went to visit my Dream Big Families CIC partner Joanna today who has transformed Dream Big into nursery and what a wonderful job she’s done 🤩

The nursery looks fabulous, somewhere I’d happily send my children if they were little again, and she’s having a great week of settling in sessions for the first Dream Big Nursery children 🙌🏼
