Just one of the themes we are looking forward to this coming Spring Term…

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐋𝐃 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐃𝐀𝐘 📚

It's never too early to read to your baby. They’ll love listening to you talk, sing and read aloud from newborn. The sooner the better. The more words your baby hears the better their language skills are likely to be. From birth to age 5 a child's brain develops more, and more rapidly, than at any other time in life and so it’s an important time to aid their learning 🧠

Reading is also good way of binding with your baby and producing positive hormones, anchoring good feeling. It’s a great way of creating a bedtime routine too ❤️

Information all mummies SHOULD be given about them POSTPARTUM selves whether it’s baby number 1 or not. Mummy this is about YOU for a change.

Also a chance to meet other mummies and babies in a safe relaxed space.

Postpartum up to 6 months after birth is ideal for this session but the information is pertinent to all mummies.

Enter the colourful world of BABY YOGA from approx 8 weeks old until after your baby's 1st birthday! Each week you and your little one will adventure through different themes using rhymes, songs, music, physical movement and routines and sensory aids to engage, excite, and relax your baby. You'll learn fun ways to interact with your baby, bond, have fun together, and importantly aid their development 👶 🌈 🎶

We almost always incorporate EYFS and ensure that everyone has a chance to relax at the end of every single session. Usually our baby sessions end with the babies being mesmerised by the bubbles 🫧
