We've been fortunate to work with Atusa on mesmerizing soundbath healing evenings. Our sessions blend sauna and sea dip with soundbath under the stars or full moon. Then in the winter months, we cozy up in Atusa's South Shields studio for the soundbath and a herbal tea.

We've shared many special moments and would love for you to join us. I'm still hooked on soundbath after my first session with Atusa! The sauna, sea dip, and soundbath combo is pure bliss.

It was snowing and the water was numb. Just working through the content from today and absolutley love this picture from this morning down at Roker Yatch Club with H3O Beach Saunas.

I've got so much stuff to work through over the next week but wanted to get this on quickly. The cold plunge and Sauna was so good for the mind. Me and Christie both spoke about how calm we felt after we got home.

Such a great morning and I need some edits on the video from me in the sea because I swore a lot 🤣🙈

It was great to meet the other people taking part today down there too. Thanks for chatting with us.
