This Wednesday 11th Feb we have our monthly beach sauna and Soundbath event.

We start the evening at 6.15 on the little haven beach where you will enjoy a relaxing and invigorating sauna and optional sea dip for an hour. Followed by a short drive to my wellness centre at Tyne Dock where you will be greeted with herbal tea, warm room with blankets mats and pillows ready for your deeply relaxing Soundbath.

2025 was a year we’ll never forget.

We shared deep healing, calm and connection through sound, massage and Reiki from the gorgeous North East beaches, to Durham’s peaceful woodlands (spring right through to autumn) 🍃
…and then finishing the year with the most magical indoor experiences in stunning castles 🏰✨
And if that wasn't exciting enough we hosted our first overnight retreat… which was honestly such a special moment for us 🥹💛

Really looking forward to being part of this wonderful wellness event with the collective NE - Not long now ladies!!!

Ive the pleasure to be guiding 3 soundbath sessions under candlelight as Just a Girl and her Gong - Blissful Beats Holistics

The evening also includes aromatherapy candle-making, candlelit yoga, posture & core Pilates, silent disco Clubbercise, stress-reset workshops and a comedy finale!

It’s a feel-good night of movement, rest, connection and joy.

This will be the first twilight event with Kelly and the team. Their day time sessions are filled with so many lovely activities and this one will be just as amazing!.

I wanted to share something really valuable that’s just come up… a limited number of fully funded counselling courses have become available, and they’re such a beautiful opportunity for anyone who’s been feeling drawn to learn more about people, emotions, communication, or even their own personal healing journey.

I completed Level 2 and Level 3, and honestly… they helped me in more ways than I ever expected. Not only have they supported me in the work I do, they’ve been such a gift in my personal life with family, friends, and understanding myself on a deeper level too.

Beach Sauna x Soundbath Collaboration with H3O

Where fire, water and sound come together for the deepest winter reset… ❄️🔥🌊

As the colder nights draw in, we’re bringing you the ultimate sanctuary for mind, body and spirit.

Your evening begins on Little Haven Beach, stepping into the warmth of the H3O wood-fired saunas as the cool sea air surrounds you. Feel the heat melt away tension… and if you’re feeling brave, enjoy an optional sea dip to awaken every cell in your body.

Then we transition just a short 5-minute drive to my wellness centre, Rhythm Retreats – Tyne Dock (101 Hudson Street, NE34 0AG).

Here you’ll be welcomed into a cosy heated room, softly lit with twinkling lights and the grounding scent of herbal tea.
Your blankets, pillows and mats will be waiting - your own nest of comfort to sink into.
