Lighthouse Counselling Watchet We are a professional, affordable and confidential counselling service. Our aim is to support those in the local community who are faced with difficulties

1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem in the course of a year. This also has a knock on effect on their families, relationships, health, finances and the wider community. At present, the waiting list for talking therapies on the NHS in our area is around 5 months. We aim to support those affected by life's problems in the West Somerset area and to respond and offer appointments within a week of initial contact. We are an affordable, professional and confidential counselling service. Our counsellors are all accredited/registered members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and, as such, abide by their ethical code of practice.
