exploring stepping out of comfort zones and trying new sometimes scary things, challenging ourselves in more than just the physical sense. With a bonus opportunity to work on communication and team work too 🙌🏾

Our last 2025 session will be Thursday 18th December and we are back Monday 5th January.

There will be a special yin yoga new year candlelight session Friday 16th January to recover from the festive season.

REMINDER! REMINDER! REMINDER!

If you are attending the Yin and Gong session tonight Friday 10th Oct
check your emails for current info.

Doors will open just before 6pm so we can get settled and started promptly.
There is no onsite parking but spaces are available in the nearby streets.

Please bring along a blanket and pillow as we will use these to aid us in supporting our relaxation poses and of course a mat if you have one ( i only have a few spares) you can also bring any bolsters or blocks if you have them too. It’s better to have too much than not enough.

Wear layers so you can add or remove to regulate your body temperature during the session and a bottle of water.
cosy socks and an eye pillow if you have one are useful to help with relaxation too but not essential.

Look forward to seeing you all on the mat 🧘🏽‍♀️🥰 xx

💚WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY💚

Taking care of our mental health is something we practise in every yoga session because It is just as important as taking care of our physical health.

Take a MENTAL HEATH BREAK now!
Try taking a few minutes everyday to:

1) focus on your breathing x3 full inhale/exhale
2)be aware of where you are on the emotional scale, think smiling face 😊———😞to frowning face and everything in between, where are you landing today?
3) take at least one thought of gratitude everyday 🙏🏾
