Try taking a few minutes everyday to:
1) focus on your breathing x3 full inhale/exhale
2)be aware of where you are on the emotional scale, think smiling face 😊———😞to frowning face and everything in between, where are you landing today?
3) take at least one thought of gratitude everyday 🙏🏾
