If you are unable to attend an appointment it is important to please let the surgery know.

These appointments could have gone to others who needed them.

This month 115 appointments were not attended. Today alone, 5 out of 7 morning appointments with the practice nurse have not been attended.

In the last month;
16 blood test appointments were missed, that's 2.5hrs.
71 nurse appointments were missed, that's 11 hrs.
28 doctors appointments were missed, that's 7 hrs, including same day appointments.

Please let the surgery know if any problems arise with attending appointments.

The surgery will be closed from 1pm on Thursday 18th September for Mandatory regional training. We will open again Friday morning at 8.30.

We will be booking urgent appointments only within our open hours, please do not call regarding routine issues that can wait for another day.
