Need to request your medication?
The easiest way to order a repeat prescription is by using the NHS app or your SystmOnline account (you can register at the surgery for this, please bring a form of photo ID with you).
You can also bring your request in writing to us at the surgery or at the village pharmacy. Please be aware that we do not take prescription requests over the phone or by email.
