💪🏼Take a pause and celebrate your wins; the small but significant changes, the attempts you made to change things, any new wisdom or knowledge you have gained, the things you let go of…. It all counts!
❤️May you enter the new year acknowledging how far you have come, rather than how far you have yet to go.
