February 1st, also known as the ancient fire festival - Imbolc. The cross quarter between the winter solstice and spring equinox, translating to ‘in the belly’ is the time when the earth is pregnant with seeds, awaiting to grow as the spring begins (this is the start of the time of dawning in the wheel of the year which runs all the way to Beltane, 1st May - our Jack in the Green where the spirit of summer is released!)

On this full day, mala making workshop at the Wellington Centre, you will learn about, create, and chant with your own unique 108 bead mala made from semi precious crystal and seed beads. Bringing forth a new intention to grow with📿

On Sunday I’m hosting my first Yoga Masterclass at The Gallivant

It has been a great joy the last year inviting (in my opinion) some of the country’s current best Yoga Teachers to share these longer form classes with our Yoga community in Camber.

This Autumn/Winter we’ve been shifting focus to celebrate our local teachers, including a beautiful Autumn Equinox class with JoJo Yoga Creative and insane Live Music Flow with Melanie McNie and now it’s my turn to dive deeper into Yoga with you.

During the 2 hour masterclass we will work with Asana (posture) Pranayama (breathing) Mantra (chanting) Meditation and the senses to connect to the 7 main energy centres (chakras) as described in Hatha Yoga. This will be a chance to better understand your energetic self, as well as discover ways to find more balance practically in your life.

I hope this workshop will be equal parts fun, informative, a good move, a good rest, and at the heart - a chance to come together (as people who are interested in something deeper!)

The start of another six week cycle begins today!

On Friday we entered the portal of Samhain, a fire festival in celebration of the final harvest, and the beginning of the dark times.

🖤

For the next quarter these will be the darkest days of the year, Samhain - the beginning of the end, a cycle closer, a signpost for the journey back inwards.

For the next 6 weeks our class themes will be focused on this journey in, with this weeks class focused on Samhain itself. We will be stoking the inner fire of purification with pranayama, and noticing the spaces in between breaths, movement, thoughts.

This weeks class theme is: moving energy up!

At the end of each 5-7 week cycle, just before the next turn of season, we have a class called: moving energy up! This is focused around pranayama, inversion, and other techniques to help literally…. Move energy up!

This week, as we prepare for Samhain (the end of the wheel of the year, final harvest, Celtic new year, all hallows eve!) we head out of Vishuddha focused practices and onto Ajna (third eye)

So this week we’ll be lifting up the energy we’ve been cultivating around the neck/throat - up to the forehead.

What you might expect to feel from this weeks classes:
- more energy
- uplifted
- refreshed
- inspired

And so, another journey through the 5 Elements closes…. One week ago I returned home from hosting 8 incredible women in my favourite place in the world (North Cornwall)

Held by the heavy stone walls of our home, where we ate, danced, sang, moved and rested. Forest and I both say the biggest gift to us for these retreats is to be able to take care of people who so often are taking care of others. To give people a week to rest, laugh, reflect - to return to themselves before returning to the rhythm of all of their lives.

Each day we explored how one of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether) interweaves through the Yoga practice, and simple ways we can balance out these elements to live a calm and connected life.

Here are just a few photos (lovingly captured by Forest) which give a glimpse into the magic of this week 🩵

Vinyasa Yoga offers a rhythmic class where movement and breath is linked to create a ‘flow state’ where the chatter of the mind can quieten 🌀

How Yin makes you feel….. ☁️

It’s a privilege to lead Yin Yoga every Thursday evening at Lior in St Leonard’s on sea

In a busy world, that demands a lot of you, it is an act of radical resistance: to rest.

These yin classes are gentle, exploratory, deep, expansive. My intention is to offer you enough to keep you present, but not so much that I distract you from your practice. I offer long moments of silence, carefully selected poems, wordless music, breathing techniques, and guidance into and out of postures so that you can settle into YOUR practice.

In the class you can expect to practice around 6-10 postures for lengths in between 3-6 minutes; and so we take support of props to create a feeling of support (not dissimilar to this wonderful tree on a walk in the Lake District)

This is a space of no expectation, competition or judgement, and I’d love for you to be there 🤍

2 rooms have just opened up for our sold out 5 elements retreat this October!

This is the most magical week where Forest and I take care of you completely, with food, hospitality, yoga, companionship and also - space - to rest, to be alone in nature. Space to reflect, re-centre and remember your truth.

What’s included:
- 6 nights accommodation in a beautiful, secluded farmhouse in North Cornwall
- daily Hatha/vinyasa/yin Mystical Yoga exploring the 5 elements
- daily mindfulness walks across wild and sacred landscapes
- daily activities/ceremony reconnecting to the 5 elements
- Kirtan and chanting
- 3 delicious, nutritious vegan meals per day (plus snacks and drinks!)
- free time to relax
- treats and suprises throughout the week

We now have 2 private double rooms available and 1 single bed in the shared dorm room. Concession rates available for the single bed.

This year I am thrilled to be back at what was my favourite weekend of last year NATURAL FLOW retreat at

This weekend (25th-27th July) is fully immersed in nature, camping on the clean banks of the river Thames.

Each day is filled with Yoga, wild swims, sauna, learning, delicious food, and music around the fire.

The retreat is almost like a small, sober festival with attendance capped at 80, meaning you get to connect with so many incredible people.

This year again I will be leading morning Yoga, I’ll be teaching my signature 5 element flow under ancient oaks to the soundtrack of live musicians (heaven)

All weekend you are lovingly catered Ayurvedic food using fresh organic food grown at

Also included: morning pranayama, cold water immersion, Ayurvedic assessment, riverside sauna, meditations, fire walks, crafts, live music every evening.

My personal favourite memory was lying in the sun on the banks of the river with and other mystical women, reading mermaid stories whilst the white swans swam to us 🦢

Honestly this retreat is MAGIC and so much love from the goes in… I feel privileged to be returning and would love to share this special weekend with you this year ✨🌞
