😴Sleep is essential for both our physical and mental health.
It allows the body and mind to rest and repair. It supports the body’s physical functions, while also strengthening mental health by improving mood, memory, and cognitive function.

Consistent poor sleep, on the other hand, can negatively impact health = increasing the risk for chronic illnesses, high blood pressure and heart disease.  

Massage therapy can significantly improve quality of sleep. These methods help by reducing stress, alleviating pain and promoting the hormonal balance needed for restful sleep.
