So why do we feel so blinking good after we practice Yoga? π§π»ββοΈ
Well it could be a number of factors.. Including relaxing blood vessels, reducing heart rate, while increasing blood flow to our organs. β₯οΈ
Using postures, breath and gravity, as tools, we have our circulatory system to thank for giving us a good wash inside. It allows optimal blood flow to specific organs and muscles replacing waste with nutrient rich blood. π«π§π»ββοΈ
