Think you and your friends could be the next Sherlock Holmes? 🕵️

This Halloween, Sip & Solve invites you to an immersive night of mystery, puzzles, and themed drinks at a brand-new escape challenge event!

🧩 What to expect:
Step into one of eight spooky-themed puzzle pods, from Dracula’s Coffin to the Pirate’s Cave, and test your detective skills. Each pod offers a unique challenge and a specially crafted themed drink. Can your team crack the clues and escape in time?

👻 Compete in teams of four against family and friends in a 2-hour session packed with mystery and fun.

This Thursday, we would like to say a huge thank you to Oliver, John and Hazel for their Sunflower Seeds! 🌻

Oliver spent his time this Spring growing some Sunflower Seedlings and raised an incredible £113 for the Hospice! Oliver loved growing his seeds and even donated his left-over seedlings for our Gardening Group at our Living Well Centre.

It’s Thursday again, and this means that we would like to show our thanks to Ally Walker, and her incredible double marathon which she ran on Father’s Day, in June, in-memory of her dad, Mike.

Mike was a photographer for over 50 years and was photographing along the Warshaw Walk a year before he died. Ally chose to run this 84km route from Southampton to Portsmouth to celebrate her father's memory. The support she received for her fundraising has been incredible, and Ally has so far raised a wonderful £10,602 for Rowans Hospice, in Mike’s memory.

📣Calling all local builders!

We were absolutely blown away by the incredible response to our recent post calling for help of an interior designer to support the transformation of two new therapeutic spaces for Children’s Bereavement Team (Rowans Meerkat Service), for children experiencing loss and grief.

Thanks to your amazing response - sharing the post and suggesting contacts, as well as so many people directly offering their services, the Rowans Meerkat Team are now working with a brilliant interior design company.

We are now looking for a local builder with experience in partitioning and mechanical engineering to work alongside our colleagues in the Rowans Meerkat Service and their design team to make these spaces a reality.

As a Charity, the support we are seeking on this project is on a pro bono basis. We hope you can help us again 💚
