In 2026, we will be starting to use an Artificial Intelligence platform, Heidi, to help us with notetaking in our physiotherapy sessions. But we will only do this with your consent. Heidi records our conversation and transcribes it immediately. No recordings are stored, and only your clinician has access to the notes. In this, as in everything else, we are GDPR and NHS compliant.

With Heidi doing the notetaking, we will be able to focus more on the conversation and therefore on your condition and our recommendations.

We will only use Heidi once we have explained exactly how it all works, and once you have signed a consent form, if you are happy.
