➡️The final 6 who want to take back control of their health and lifestyle
⭐️My monthly programme in 2025 was BALM boost, similar in its form to Kickstart and it was great to get this feedback:
I have one workout outstanding, really enjoyed this programme, thank youuuuu 🥰 November Balm Boost really connected with my ‘whys’ of focus and accountability. Jo oozes motivation in such a warm, non-pushy way that it made getting the workouts done feel achievable. I learned that my body isn’t at its best first thing in the morning, so having the recorded sessions to catch up on when it suited me was perfect.
I picked up some great nutrition hacks (skins on!) and fresh ideas for all the food groups. The WhatsApp group, daily reminders, and steady encouragement kept me going—and I even upped my steps on the non-walking days!
I’ve benefitted greatly from the last 21 days, body and mind, and will definitely be looking out for the next set of sessions. Thank you - wishing you all health and happiness 💚
