♡ Beginning the year gently ♡
January - there is often so much pressure to start strong, to set goals, make plans and commit to change. But this time of the year can simply be about landing, about feeling your feet on the ground again and noticing where you actually are, rather than where you think you should be.
Yoga gives us permission to do that.
Instead of rushing into doing, we can start slowly, with something simple , familiar and supportive, finding a way to come back to the body again.
Yoga meets you where you are, as you already are, maybe tired, or hopeful, unsure or ready, or somewhere in between .
We will begin this year of Yoga gently ♡
