We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and help us attract, recruit and onboard people who genuinely care about delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
What does the role actually look like day to day?
No two days are the same, but you might find yourself:
- Shortlisting and speaking with candidates who really get our values
- Working closely with Registered General Managers to understand what they need and why
- Coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding
- Making sure safer recruitment is done properly and thoughtfully
- Looking at attraction data and thinking creatively about how we reach the right people
- Supporting candidates through what can be a life-changing career move
