FLIPPING THE SCRIPT: Introducing Our First 100% Inversion Flow! 🤸‍♂️

We’ve heard your requests for more “air time,” and we’re taking it to the literal extreme. Starting this month, join us for The Gravity-Defying Flow, a 60-minute class where your feet (strictly) never touch the mat.

What to expect:

The Entry: We ground ourselves immediately with a 5-minute Handstand hold.

Mindfulness: Transition into Inverted Sukhasana (Easy Pose). Cross your legs, find your center, and find stillness while balancing on your palms.

The Heat: Stoke your internal fire with Kapalabhati (Skull-Shining Breath). Experience the unique “sinus-clearing” benefits of rapid exhalations while completely upside down.

The Peak: Our signature Inverted Surya Namaskar. A full Sun Salutation where the “jump back” is actually a “float up.”

Space is limited to those who can hold a conversation while looking at the world upside down. Tag a handstand addict who needs this!

We're now offering:

Yoga Flow
- Breath meets movement. Build heat, find rhythm, stay present.

Slow & Strong
- Slow it down, feel everything. Strength through breath, depth and alignment, one breath cycle at a time.

Power
- Enjoy a challenge! Peak poses, fun transitions, balances.

Yin
- Slow, deep stretches, long-held poses (2-6 minutes). Meditative. Stretch the fascia.

Flow & Yin
- A flow to get warm followed by deep Yin Yoga stretches.

Yin yoga is a slow practice with long held (2-6 minutes) passive stretches where we sink deeper with the breath. Relaxing and intense at the same time, meditative.

What is Slow Flow: we take longer in the poses in order to feel more, work a bit harder and experience the poses a bit deeper. You can always adjust to meet you where you are, of course, and in time it will help you increase strength, flexibility and focus!
