Yoga Flow: move and breathe. Calm the mind, build strength, stamina and flexibility.

Foundations: designed with beginners in mind, a way to deepen the fundamentals.

Vin to Yin: A flow to get warm followed by deep Yin Yoga stretches.

Gentle: A calming and gentle practice. Feel good & take a little time for yourself.

Embodied Practice: Slower, hatha-inspired classs, deepening into poses.

Yin Yoga: Slow, deep stretches, long-held poses (2-5 minutes, sometimes more).

Regularly practicing yoga will help you not only get more flexible but also build long-lasting strength and gain functional mobility.

The asana practice (movements and poses) in yoga focus on bodywork training, and it can get quite intense at time. It features both passive and active stretches but also integrates strength building exercises (e.g. push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, etc., are common). Regularly doing this trains your whole body for both strength and mobility.

This combination of stretches, holds, and strength training helps improve mobility, not just flexibility. You may notice your strength increases throughout a larger range of motion. For example, imagine trying to pick something from a high shelf. You might currently struggle to lift your arm straight up and hold something heavy in that position. After mobility training, you'd find yourself not only able to more easily reach the shelf (perhaps through increased shoulder flexibility) but also to powerfully lift something from that extended position, because your shoulders and core have developed strength and stability through their full potential range of movement.
