Learn the Importance of Setting Personal Boundaries

Do you find yourself saying 'yes' to things when you should say 'no' to please others?

Have you been taking on more work than you should or allowed someone to disrespect you and felt unable to confront them?

Do you find that you carry resentment and hurt because you feel used and mistreated?

Boundaries are vital for us to be able to thrive in healthy relationships. If we keep giving, we can feel like we are being taken advantage of. If we don’t set limits, we open ourselves up to getting hurt which can build anger and resentment.

Setting boundaries is about being social but also about looking after ourselves.
