🌿 Fuel Your Body Right with This Fresh Quinoa Salad! 🥗

Looking for a delicious, nutritious meal that’s easy to make and packed with vitamins? Try our vibrant Quinoa Veggie Salad—perfect for a light lunch or post-workout refuel!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the veggies and quinoa.
Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh herbs on top.
Serve fresh and enjoy!
