Meet Gus. Gus isn’t just a pretty face, he’s incredibly accomplished too. A King’s College graduate, he has worked with global biotech and pharmaceutical companies for nearly 30 years, leading clinical trials in oncology, rare disorders, and CNS.

Impressive, right?

Gus’s passion for teaching comes from helping students improve their physical health and overall sense of wellbeing.

Whether you’re a newbie, returning from injury or regular yoga practitioner, you’ll feel supported in Gus’s classes.

This 2⭐, Hatha-based session is designed to help you move with intention, build quiet strength, and create space, both in the body and the mind.

Handstand Workshop
with Catie Foroughi

Catie can normally be found running workshops or hosting retreats in Bali and other countries all around the world. This May she is joining us to run her Handstand workshop.

If you want to learn how to handstand or develop your handstand skills this is the workshop for you.

There is so much to explore with handstands:

- getting comfortable being on your hands

- strength, mobility and conditioning

- understanding and experiencing balance with physical, technical, mental and guidance on breathing preparation

- refinement of various handstand shapes

- different entries and safe / efficient exits inc. various jumps or presses

- backbends in Handstands

It doesn’t matter if you can’t get into handstand already. Depending on where your experience is now, we will start from there.

Don’t be shy. If you are a complete beginner - we all start from somewhere.

If you have experience there is so much in this wonderful arena to work on - and experienced eyes always help.



A bit more about Catie Foroughi

“Catie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 15 years. Prior to that she was a hedge fund lawyer when not exploring yoga. She teaches at yoga teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, online and more.

She has a continuous love of learning in Iyengar yoga, handbalancing, meditation, pranayama, myriad yoga ways, yoga therapy, mobility/strength training, psychology, character strength’s.

She has authored two books and been published in magazines. Catie’s classes cover a diverse array of areas. Each class is unique and catered to you and what is happening. She enjoys people finding some ease and joy in the process.”
