As the European Karate Championships come to a close, I want to congratulate Rochelle on a well deserved Silver Medal. She has worked incredibly hard over the past 12months to achieve this goal. It really was a proud moment seeing her step onto that podium.
For those of you who don’t know, Rochelle works with me on my Champions program where I program her strength and conditioning and injury prevention alongside her karate specific training sessions. Our main aim is to peak at major championships ✅
