Lately, I’ve been having conversation about binge eating with many of my clients.

If you or someone you know struggles with this, know that there is hope and support available.

Tips to help you overcome binge eating include:

1️⃣ Recognise your triggers: Identify the situations, emotions, or thoughts that trigger your binge eating episodes.

2️⃣ Build a support network: Reach out to trusted friends, family, or professionals who can offer support and encouragement.

3️⃣ Practice mindful eating: Slow down and pay attention to your food. Savor each bite, chew slowly, and listen to your body's cues of hunger and fullness.
