Dear Yogis
I shall organise a forest bathing Pranayama workshop with soul resonating blue bells essence. A deeply mind calming soulful experience through Pure Prana breath work and immersing in the abundance of morning glory energy of mother nature, feeling oneness with something very special in the trail.
*Timing* 3 May, Sunday, 7:45 to 10:45*
*Starting point:* Gade avenue carpark which is in Cassiobury park.
Please arrive at the carpark by 7:45 and do a RingGo session for parking.
We shall do some warming up exercises from 7:45 to 8 AM.
We will start walking at 8 AM to the Whippendel forest.
*Things to carry.:*
A cup, tissues, a newspaper, a small napkin/ paper napkin and water.
*What to wear:*
Wearing full length trousers and weather suitable jacket and train shoes are recommended.
At the end we will arrive by the canal bridge and enjoy some yogi tea and biscuits and a home made snack π€©.
