A wonderful active patient can in with back pain for six weeks. She had tried Mctimony chiropractic treatments and deep tissue massage, but to no avail. An MRI showed normal wear and tear which did not explain the severe pan sheet was undergoing. Her pain level was 8/10 being the highest. Having spoken you get yesterday and given her some advise, she can in today with the pain at 4. As the before and after pictures show, she looks more balanced.
Having tested her with acupuncture and tuina, she walked away with no pain and a smile.

Feeling blessed to have wonderful patients, who continue to heal, inside and out. Mr. X came to me not only with physical pain, but there was emotional baggage which we have addressed over time and as he says, he has learnt how to breath and learn about body connection. His quality of life has improved and even his golf swing is on point.

World Mental Health Day

What an amazing day at Harrow Council bringing awareness of acupuncture for Mental health 😊.
I had an opportunity to treat some delegates with NADA protocol. Within 20-40 minutes the patients I treated commented the feeling of relaxation, reduction of feeling anxious, and another lady had a blocked/painful ear which cleared up for her.

This treatment can be done in a group setting or individually and lasts for approximately 40 minutes. Some of the benefits of NADA treatments are:
Anxiety, stress, sleep and increased calmness
