How we practice safe BBL surgery at CFS:

✔️An ultrasound probe is placed on the buttocks to identify the different layers and, most importantly, the muscle layer. ✔️The processed fat is injected using expansion vibration lipofilling techniques while the images are projected wirelessly onto a screen.
